The Guadiana Valley Natural Park covers a number of different habitats, some of which are almost inaccessible to humans, allowing the establishment of the rarest species in this extremely beautiful landscape.
In the lowlands of this region it is possible to find Great Bustards, Little Bustards and Black-bellied Sandgrouse. In the most steepest cliffs of the Guadiana, we can see: Eurasian Black Vulture, Black Stork, Eagle Owl, Golden Eagle, Bonelli's Eagle, Blue Rock Thrush, Cia, among others.
A pleasant walk in one of the most beautiful regions of Alentejo, stopping in the most spectacular geological formation of the south, the waterfall of “Pulo do Lobo”.
